today training... hmm.. did the 1 step kong fan.. this 1 need to diao yao de... so diff... 1st time do i cannot go over... but subsequenly ok liao... somemore.. I find it fun.. better then the run n jump 1.. cos this 1 i can land smoother n better.... then also did 1 tt diao too high then leg too slow... then fall.. so scare that my leg dislocate again.. hehee...
did my qiang today.. this 1 the 1st time i did in in front of di lao shi... erm.. got mistake here n there... but then i will try to improve la... muz jia you...
was thinking of whether wanna take part in this yr comp onot... still thinking.. if i take part.. mostly will be jin sai ba.. gif m 1 wk to think abt it.. b4 11 i got to know i wanna take onot.. heheee...
